VALUE COST Frontier with AI Today’s best practice You 1 2 3

The problem we solve

Best practice buys you parity. AI is moving the frontier.

Your transformation is one of the largest investments you will make this decade. It is built to bring you up to best practice, which is where your competitors are heading too. With AI moving the frontier, arriving at parity means arriving behind.

Every market has a frontier: the most value a company can deliver for a given cost, using the best methods available. A few leaders sit on it. Everyone else sits somewhere below.

  1. 1

Your transformation takes you to today’s frontier

Best practice closes the gap to the leaders. Every competitor buying the same standard ends up in the same place, so you arrive at parity.

  2. 2

AI is raising the frontier above you

Early adopters are already pulling away, and the distance between leaders and the rest of the market is growing. Large firms are already three times as likely to use AI as small ones.

  3. 3

    The opportunities sit in between

New ways to create value appear where the frontier moves. Your programme uncovers the evidence to find them in your processes, data and roles. It has nowhere to value, prioritise or keep them.

What we doWe help you turn your transformation into a competitive advantage: find the opportunities it uncovers, rank them against your value drivers, and carry them through to delivery.

Illustrative diagram. Frontier concept: Michael E. Porter, “What Is Strategy?”, Harvard Business Review, 1996. Adoption: OECD, Emerging divides in the transition to artificial intelligence, 2025 (52% of large firms vs 17% of small firms using AI).

How we measure value

Five value drivers, one language for every opportunity

Every opportunity we find is scored against the same five drivers. That lets you compare a finance idea with a supply-chain idea, rank them, and tie each one back to the business case.

Driver 1

Cost

Lower programme and running costs: less rework, shorter stabilisation, fewer hours spent on work AI can do.

For example: data and test issues caught before build.

Driver 2

Revenue

New value the programme makes possible: faster launches, better pricing, services you could not offer before.

For example: a product-launch process that takes weeks off time to shelf.

Driver 3

AI readiness

Processes, data and people prepared so AI can land and be trusted. Your programme already produces most of this.

For example: clean, owned master data kept AI-ready after go-live.

Driver 4

Risk

Problems surfaced when they are cheapest to fix: scope, data, adoption and go-live decisions made on evidence.

For example: adoption risk scored by role before funding is committed.

Driver 5

Speed to value

Benefits that start earlier, during the programme, instead of years after go-live.

For example: first AI use cases live before the main cutover.

Benefits maps: where the value lands

Each benefit has an owner, a value driver and a stage. The maps show where they concentrate, for the business and for the programme team. Select a row to see which stages carry the benefit.

  1. 1Discover
  2. 2Prepare
  3. 3Design
  4. 4Build & test
  5. 5Go-live
  6. 6Stabilise
  7. 7Innovate

Each number in the grid counts how many of these seven stages give that area a benefit on that driver. A 7 means the benefit is there from discovery to innovation; a 0 means that driver does not apply to that area.

For boards and executive teams

Executive advisory session

Where AI is moving the frontier in your market, which opportunities matter to you, and how they rank against your value drivers.

You leave with a ranked view of your opportunities and the questions to put to your programme.

For transformation sponsors and programme teams

Programme benefits session

Benefits by workstream and stage across PMO, functional and technical teams: who owns each one, and what your programme already produces for AI readiness.

You leave with a benefits map for your programme, with owners, value drivers and stages.

Demos for each side of the programme

The same programme looks different from the business, from audit, and from the teams delivering it. Each demo shows the view that matters to you.

For business leads and internal audit

Client & internal audit demo

The opportunity heatmap and benefits map on a landscape like yours, and the evidence trail audit relies on.

  • Opportunities ranked against your value drivers
  • Every benefit with an owner, a stage and a business-case line
  • Decisions and go-live readiness recorded as evidence
  • Benefits tracked against what the board approved

For integrators, QA and assurance partners

SI & QA partner demo

How delivery and assurance teams run better, safer programmes, with evidence shared by the client, the integrator and QA.

  • Scope changes assessed for cost, time and risk before they are agreed
  • Process and data issues found in simulation, before build
  • Go-live decided on readiness evidence
  • Independent assurance built in from the first stage

How to start

From a first conversation to your programme

  1. 1

    A session or a demo

Executive advisory, programme benefits, or a demo for your side of the programme.

  2. 2

    Discovery

We map the opportunities in your market and your programme, score them against your value drivers, and agree the ones worth pursuing.

  3. 3

    Through your programme

The chosen opportunities are owned, governed and delivered alongside the transformation, and tracked to value.
